At Jus’ Dirt, each piece is handcrafted and unique. Due to the nature of handmade pottery, slight variations in color, shape, and finish are expected and are part of what makes each item one of a kind.

We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Item must be returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized pieces
Final sale or clearance items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once approved, we will offer:

Replacement (if available), or
Full refund

We may file a claim with the shipping carrier, so packaging photos are important.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our pottery:

We do not guarantee exchanges
If available, we may offer a similar item or store credit

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
